Hitachi Asia (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC) to launch all-new personalised and enhanced Consumer Experience (CX) services. These services will bridge online and offline channels for enhanced retail experiences that will greatly improve the quality of life for the Thai people.
Referred to as the “MQDC Placemaking 5.0 Digital Masterplan”, the initiative will bring innovative CX solutions to retail spaces, improving the safety, comfort and happiness of people. These solutions will aid in areas such as space planning, and will boost security, sustainability, and operational efficiency through the use of big data.
Hitachi and MQDC will begin work on this initiative in 2022 at True Digital Park (TDPK), one of Thailand’s latest and largest mixed-use properties, as well as one of Southeast Asia’s largest technology start-up hubs.
