Human Capital Group, Hitachi Asia Thailand (HAS-TH) had the privilege of hosting the Strategic Learning Journey: ‘Better Together’ Special Episode at their co-working space. The session welcomed over 100 colleagues, both physically and virtually, from Hitachi Group Companies in Thailand to celebrate the new year!

Titled “Is-Am-Are: Life to Be, Lighten up with Mr. Bee”, this casual learning session perfectly embodied the key objectives of the series. By promoting a culture of continuous learning through a learner-centered approach, the session has empowered employees to achieve both personal and professional growth, all while fostering the One Hitachi spirit.

The session emphasised the importance of employee well-being and mental health awareness, while also inspiring lifelong learning and work-life integration - key elements to building a resilient and thriving workforce.
Following an insightful one-and-a-half-hour discussion, participants were treated to a delightful spread of customised cupcakes - each decorated with a unique inspirational quote. Participants were encouraged to pick a cupcake with the message that resonated with them most. Many also took their experiences online as they shared the session and its impact on their personal social media.
