Participants engaged in activities, fostering collaboration and connection

The workshop emphasised the key benefits of being an effective “Listenian”.

Active listening can help facilitate more meaningful conversations, foster mutual understanding and reduce conflicts. By truly listening and valuing the perspectives of others, stronger relationships can be built, establishing trust and rapport – essential elements for effective collaboration.

As the workshop came to a close, participants left with enthusiasm and a commitment to applying these skills in their roles to create lasting positive impacts for their team, colleagues and the organisation as a whole.
