Hitachi Asia Thailand Promotes Scientific Research in Chulalongkorn University

As a Global Leader in Social Innovation, Hitachi in Thailand is keen to promote good research practices and establish a healthy research ecosystem in the Faculty of Science in Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. And for the past 17 years, Hitachi Asia Thailand (HASTH) has done so with the Hitachi Trophy – a competition to sponsor the annual academic conference and to award the best student projects.

Besides being a CSR project in contributing to society, the prestigious event also serves to promote Hitachi branding amongst the Science and Innovation Society by establishing a relationship network within Chulalongkorn University.

The Chulalongkorn University Hitachi Trophy is a testament to the collaborative efforts of Chulalongkorn University and Hitachi in nurturing future leaders and fostering a sense of community. Through the Hitachi Trophy, HASTH hopes that the students can contribute back to society and help future generations through innovative education and research.
