“Breathe Hope” – Oxygen Generators Donation

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become an integral part of the business ethos. With its focus on the importance of giving back to the community, Hitachi Asia Thailand recently donated four units of Oxygen Generators to two hospitals in the Yasothon province. These generators are designed to deliver a high concentration of oxygen to patients and have significantly contributed to enhancing patient care and the healthcare experience.

These generous contributions have also helped the healthcare facilities to meet the increasing demand for advanced respiratory support, especially during times of respiratory outbreaks caused by pollution or viruses like Covid-19, which all pose a significant public health challenge. This initiative by Hitachi has directly addressed those challenges by empowering hospitals to better manage patients with respiratory conditions. This, in turn, will reduce the overall burden of respiratory diseases on communities.

The donation of the Oxygen Generators as part of our CSR activities also represents a sustainable and impactful way to make a difference. Together with fostering a culture of philanthropy and technological innovation, such donations play a vital role in creating a healthier and more resilient society.

Beyond just financial contributions, as we continue to navigate the complexities of modern healthcare, let us continue such initiatives that demonstrate a commitment to social responsibility.

At Hitachi, we recognise the interconnectedness between corporate success and community welfare, and will continue to Power Good.
