Hitachi, Let’s Roll!
-Hitachi Asia’s Inaugural Virtual Activity-

If you are starting to feel down after fully working from home (WFH) the past few weeks, we might have a solution for you.

Not being able to physically socialise with your fellow colleagues can be difficult for many of us. The lack of physical interaction can be equally depressing. To help keep your well-being and sanity in check, Hitachi Asia Ltd. Corporate Communications Group (HAS-CCG) specially curated a virtual activity entitled, “Hitachi, Let’s Roll!”

This virtual activity will take place weekly with the aim to help HAS employees stay connected and keep up the Hitachi spirit during this trying period.

The inaugural session held on 6th May saw HAS’ new Managing Director, Mr. Takatoshi Sasaki's fervent participation, amongst many others. At the end of the session, many were elated to “see” fellow colleagues virtually. For Mr. Sasaki, it was his first-time meeting some of HAS’ employees to which he said, “I love it! This is a great opportunity to connect with multiple divisions at the same time. I’m happy to see how we can change this difficult situation into an opportunity. I believe we can even bring this virtual activity across borders!”

Ms. Florence Chow, General Manager of Human Capital Group who also joined the activity added, “This was a fun and creative way to reach out to and engage employees. It is comforting to know that we are not alone, and that we are all in this together.”

Each session is limited to a maximum of 12 participants and employees who are interested may register via this form here. As this is on a first-come-first-serve basis, do act fast to avoid disappointment.

Currently, this session is only open to employees of HAS Singapore. However, we may extend it to the Group of Companies in Singapore, and eventually to the regional offices in the near future. So, keep a look out for HAS-CCG emails!
