Stay motivated
A simple to-do list can keep you organized, motivated, and productive. Write or type out your list instead of having it in your head. Checking off those goals will give you a sense of achievement and confident. Try it!
Make a schedule
Ensure your calendar is visible to your co-workers. It makes collaborative work easier. Working in harmony is especially important during this difficult time. Remember to accommodate those who need to look after their young children at the same time.
Open up
Uncomfortable with turning on your camera during videoconferencing? Fear not! Once you see those familiar faces, it will cheer you up instantaneously. This may also foster closer working relationships within your team.
Get dressed for success
Feeling sloppy? Need a boost of energy? Try dressing up. The simple act of changing clothes signals to your brain that it’s time to get serious. Taking a shower, brushing your hair, or even putting on makeup can go a long way towards self-care. It also demonstrates that you take pride in your work!
Keep the team spirit up
Organise virtual activities to keep everyone in your team together. A short 15 minutes break allows you to catch up with each other and will boost your team’s overall morale.
There is no doubt these are unprecedented times, but if we work with empathy, we can get through this difficult time together. Because we are One Hitachi.
