Asia Human Capital Conference FY2024: A Resounding Success
The Asia Human Capital Conference FY2024, held on 4th and 5th September in Singapore, brought together over 90 participants from 13 countries and 24 different Hitachi Group Companies. This year’s conference was particularly notable for its diversity, with more than 10% of attendees coming from business backgrounds or non-HR roles, enriching the discussions and perspectives shared.
We were honoured to have our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), General Manager of Human Capital Group, Hitachi, Ltd., Ms. Lorena Dellagiovanna, attend the event for the first time. She delivered a powerful opening address, which emphasised the importance of HR professionals aligning with the business strategy and breaking down traditional siloes. Her focus on enhancing the value of human capital for sustainable growth resonated deeply with all attendees.
