Hitachi to donate to support the earthquake relief efforts in the central Myanmar
Tokyo, April 1, 2025 – Hitachi Group extends its deepest sympathies to all those affected by the earthquake that struck central Myanmar on March 28.
Hitachi Group today announced that it will donate a total of 40 million yen to organizations such as the Japanese Red Cross to support relief efforts for people affected by the disaster and reconstruction of the affected areas.
Additionally, through the services of Benevity Inc., where the company matches employee donations, the entire Hitachi Group will also make donations to the support programs on this disaster relief such as the American Red Cross.
Hitachi Group wishes for the earliest possible recovery of the afflicted areas.
